This dvd found me via my son. It put to words so much more eloquently than I could, what I have been saying for years that 'thoughts are things...& that every 'thing' has it's own energy, so positive thoughts would create positive energy, and visa versa for negative thoughts'. And, 'where your head goes, the rest of you follows'.
